  • BC Events and potential congestion dates

    Please be aware that Boston College will conduct its commencement on Monday, May 21st; BC will host the Mayor Community Prayer Breakfast, May 23rd at 7:30 am; and Boston College Law School commencemnt will take place on  Friday, May 25th. Neighbors can expect additional traffic, police detail and congestion on those dates.

  • BC cancels plans for Recovery house on Lee Road

    Following a January 18 meeting of the Boston College Neighborhood Council, BC has decided not to pursue using the house at 66 Lee Road for a recovery house program.  The university is currently reviewing other uses for the house and will keep the neighborhood and cthe city of Newton informed of plans for the property.
