Override Town Hall Meeting Rescheduled

The  Ward 7 Override presention with Mayor Setti Warren has been rescheduled for Sunday March 3 at 1:00pm. This public town hall meeting should cover the mayor’s request for an override package totaling $11.4 million, and including three separate ballot questions: two separate debt exclusion overrides-temporary tax increases to pay for debt service for capital projects at Angier and Cabot elementary schools, and an operating override that also includes funds for roads and sidewalk repair, improvements to Zervas elementary school, four additional police officers to manage traffic and safety concerns, the renovation of the hub of our fire department: Station 3, and department headquarters, and rising school enrollment.
