According to Boston.com, the Boston Development Group intends to release new plans for redevelpment of the Circle Cinema site in Cleveland Cirle. Based on a Notice of Intent Letter filed with the Boston Redevelopment Authority, Boston.com reports that the redeveloped site will include two buildings – one housing a hotel, offices, and retail or restaurant space and another building consiting of 82 apartments. Compared to earlier redevelopment proposals, the commercial space has been reduced, while the residential space is a new addition to the plans.
